Refund policy

How do I exchange ?

• EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEICVING YOUR ORDER,

 

• Exchange requests have to be placed within 7 hours of receiving your order.

 

• Exchanges request should be done through our website .

 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all the tags attached.

 

• Exchanges are only valid for sizes, only if available. We don't exchange different colors/designs unless size is not available or there is any defect in you piece you will receive a refund.

 

• An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges .

How soon will I get my refund?

•    Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

•  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

 

• For online payments: your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.

 

• For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.

 

•  The refund process takes up to 14 working days.
