How do I exchange ?
it is prohibited by our shipping company to try on your item/s when the delivery person is present and attempt to send back the item/s with them.
If you wish to exchange/return your item/s, please fill out the exchange form provided to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
How do I exchange/return my item/s?
For Exchanges:
Domestic orders: We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the desired item/s for the exchange to your location. Kindly prepare the item/s you wish to exchange and hand them over to the courier upon delivery of the exchanged pieces.
- An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges .
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
- For online payments: your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.
- For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and taxes.
